摘  要:感性工学是感性与工程相结合的技术,是日本设计学界致力开拓的设计新方向。应用感性工学技术对于种类繁多、成本较低、产品批量小的大部分农业机械装备的研究开发,能够有效地加快产品设计的步伐,提高设计质量。为此,通过农夫车的设计案例,介绍了感性工学推论法在农夫车车身设计上的理论要点和应用,列出了较为详细的流程,进一步明确了该方法的理论实质和实施技巧;同时,探讨了感性工学推论法在农业机械设计中的适应性研究,为农业机械装备的研发和设计提供了一种新的思路。Kansei Engineering is a combination of emotional and engineering technology,Japan is committed to develop the design of the academic design a new direction. Application of Kansei Engineering technology for a wide range of low cost products of small quantities of most of the agricultural machinery and equipment research and development,can effectively accelerate the pace of product design,improve design quality. In this paper,the design of farmer car case,a brief description of the Kansei Engineering inference method in the farmer car body design theory and application of key points,lists more detailed processes,and further defined the essence of the theory of the method and implementation of techniques to explore the perceptual Engineering inference method in mechanical design in the adaptation of agricultural research,agricultural machinery and equipment R D and design provides a new way of thinking.
