摘 要:基于雷诺时均N-S方程和标准k-ε两方程湍流模型加壁面函数法,采用三维非结构四面体网格建模,选用旋转流体机械模型中的多重参考坐标系模型(MRF),利用Fluent软件对同一泵体配两种闭式叶轮的旋涡泵内三维不可压缩湍流流场进行了数值模拟,分别得到了各自内部流场的压力分布和速度分布情况,并且根据数值模拟结果预测了旋涡泵的扬程和效率。通过比较分析,提出采用交错叶片闭式叶轮在保持泵的效率与采用对称叶片闭式叶轮时,能提高泵的扬程。另外,通过对压力场和相对速度场的细致分析,证实了旋涡泵内部的旋涡流动特征,并对旋涡的形成进行了分析和探讨。The three-dimensional incompressible turbulent flow of two vortex pumps with different closed impeller were simulated by Fluent based on reynolds time-averaged navier-stokes equations and the standard k -ε turbulent mode and wall function by using three-dimensional non-structural tetrahedral mesh and multiple reference frame of rotating fluid mechanical mode. The velocity and pressure distributions in the case and impeller were obtained. The head and efficiency of two pumps were predicted according to the calculated results. It is shown that the impeller of cross typed blades could improve the head of pump while the efficiency of it keeps the same as that with the impeller of symmetrical typed blades. In addition,the pressure and relative velocity distributions were analyzed in detail. The existing of the vortex flow in vortex pump was proved,and the reason of it was analyzed and discussed.
