清扫机盘刷的清扫性能分析与试验研究

摘　　要：针对影响饲草料厂专用的清扫机盘刷清扫性能的因素进行了理论分析研究。在清扫能力给定的条件下,用正交试验法对清扫效率进行了试验研究,找到了盘刷转速、清扫速度和尘粒量3个指标的最优组合,使清扫效率最高。This paper makes the analyze and research on factors impacting the cleaning performance of sweeper brush. Under the condition of a given cleaning ability,the experimental study on cleaning efficiency is conducted with orthogonal testing method and the optimal combination between rotational speed of the brush,the cleaning speed and the amount of dust particles is obtained to make the cleaning efficiency to be highest.
