摘 要:分析了我国油菜生产机械化的技术现状,指出了油菜机械直播、联合收获和油菜籽烘干机械化技术存在的问题,针对目前大多高产品种不能满足机械直播要求、油菜机械化收获的适应性差、适收期短、损失率大,以及油菜籽的烘干工艺、干燥机理和适用装备研究缺乏等问题,简述了加强油菜生产机械化装备与配套技术的研究必要性,提出了加快油菜生产机械化发展的对策,对于提高我国油菜生产全程机械化水平,促进油菜生产具有十分重要的意义。Rapeseed production mechanization technical status in China is analyzed in this paper and the problems existed in the rape mechanized live planting、combine harvesting and rapeseed drying mechanization technique are pointed out. The necessity to strengthen the study of rapeseed production mechanization equipment and supporting technique is briefly described for the problems that most high-yielding varieties can not meet the mechanized live requirements,the poor adaptation、short duration and high loss-rate exist in the rape mechanization harvest and the sudy of rapeseed drying process,drying mechanism and applicable equipment is poor. The countermeasures of accelerating rapeseed production mechanization development are proposed,which can bing a very great significance to improve rapeseed production entire mechanization level in China and promote rapeseed production.
