摘　　要：抄表工作作为电费数据的唯一来源,是电力营销工作的重要组成部分。本文介绍用电抄表质量管理系统的设计,包括系统现状及建设目标、抄表质量管理子系统设计和欠费停送电子系统设计。Meter reading data as the only source of electricity is an important part of electric marketing.This paper describes the design of a quality management system for electric meter reading,including system status and construction goals,the design of quality management subsystem for electric meter reading and the design of arrears stop-sending electricity subsystem.
