摘　　要：以哈尔滨汽轮机厂有限责任公司生产的200 MW以下机组系列K08M、149M为例,针对汽轮机转子叉形叶根装配工艺方法,对在实际生产中易发生的问题进行了分析,研究相应工艺方法。改进叶根装配工艺后,可提高汽轮机的安装质量,保证汽轮机安全平稳运行。Taking K08M,149M,below 200MW,produced by Harbin Turbine Company Limited as an example,this paper analyzes problems likely to arise in production in view of assembly technology of fork shape blade root of turbine rotor and studies relevant technologies.Installation of turbine can be enhanced and safe and smooth operation can be guaranteed by improving assembly technology of blade root.
