摘  要:聚硅铁(PSF)是由水玻璃、硫酸亚铁、氯酸钠所制成的且兼具Fe-聚硅酸2种特性的新型无机高分子混凝剂.实验将探讨该种混凝剂的结构特性、混凝性能及其对首饰加工废水的应用.首饰加工废水的混凝性能受碱量、混凝剂的投加量及混凝剂的种类的影响.结果显示:在碱量为14 mmol/L,混凝剂投量为0.2 mmolFe/L时,PSF的混凝性能要优于聚合氯化铝(PAC),CODcr的去除可达80%以上.Polysilicate-ferric(PSF),a kind of new inorganic polymer coagulant,is prepared with water glass,ferrous sulfate and sodium chlorate.PSF has the characteristics of both ferric salt and polysilicate.In this paper,the constitution and coagulation efficiency of PSF as well as its application to metal-processing wastewater are discussed.The coagulation performance of PSF is affected by the types of coagulant,dosage of NaOH and PSF.It is shown through the results that the coagulation efficiency of PSF is better than PAC,with CODcr removal efficiency reaching 80% at dosage(NaOH) = 14 mmol/L and dosage(PSF) = 0.2 mmolFe/L.
