摘　　要：根据生态物流的具体特点,基于产品生命周期中各参与节点的收益情况,提出生态物流收益评价指标并进一步根据企业与政府间的动态博弈进行分析,建立不同决策下各节点企业与社会总收益的综合评价模型。在企业与政府的动态博弈中对企业的物流策略产生总体收益情况进行综合评价。为企业的物流模式选择和政府监管提供一些参考。In view of the specific characteristics of eco - logistics, the paper proposes the eco - logistics returns evaluation index system based on the returns at different participating nodes during the product life circle and further, in view of the dynamic game activities between enterprises and the governing bodies, formulates a comprehensive evaluation model of the total social returns and the returns of nodal enterprises under different decisions. Finally it comprehensively evaluates the overall returns of an enterprise when different logistics strategies are adopted.
