摘 要:目的:探讨SD幼鼠内毒素血症时小肠iNOS免疫活性表达。方法:用生物化学方法测定内毒素血症幼鼠小肠组织匀浆中NOS和NO水平,用免疫组织化学方法显示小肠诱导性一氧化氮合成酶(iNOS)免疫活性表达。结果:内毒素可使NOS活性增加,NO浓度提高;并且NOS和NO之间有较好相关性;内毒素可增加小肠巨噬细胞、嗜中性粒细胞和嗜酸性粒细胞的iNOS表达。结论:小肠iNOS免疫活性表达和小肠匀浆中NOS和NO的峰值均在内毒素刺激后6~12h。Objective:To investigate expression of immunoactivity of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) in small intestine of SD young rats with endotoxaemia.Methods:Levels of NOS and NO were detected in small intestine homogenate using biochemical techniques and expression of immunoactivity of iNOS was examined in small intestine by immunohistochemical method.Results:Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) stimulated an increase of NOS activity and an elevation of NO concentration, but the levels of NOS were well correlated with the levels of NO biochemically determined in the small intestine homogenate.LPS increased expression of iNOS in macrophages,neutrophilic and eosinophilic granulocytes in small intestine. Conclusion: The expression of immunoactivity of inducible nitric oxide synthase in small intestine and the peak values of NOS and NO in small intestine homogenate are present at 6-12 h after LPS injection.
