摘  要:目的:了解螺旋藻对放射性碘的促排作用效果,观察螺旋藻对大鼠甲状腺滞留131碘的促排作用。方法:采用β、γ计数测量装置分别对给予131Ⅰ后不同时间的大鼠甲状腺进行活体及离体测定。结果:当给大鼠131Ⅰ24h后,供给含10%的螺旋藻饲料,在第9天、第16天对活体大鼠甲状腺β计数测定值与给131Ⅰ普通饲料组比较,具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);在给予131Ⅰ后第47天,活杀大鼠进行离体甲状腺γ计数,将螺旋藻饲料组与普通饲料组比较仍具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:采用β、γ两种测量装置检测结果表明,螺旋藻对大鼠甲状腺内沉积的131Ⅰ具有良好的促排作用。To investigate the eccritic effect of Spirulina platensis(SP) on 131I in the thyroid of the rat and the facilitatory effect of SP on radioactive iodine. Methods:The radioactivity of in vivo and in vitro rat thyroid was assayed by β、γ scintillator at different time after the challenge of on 131I.Results:At 24 hours after the administration of on 131I, rats in the experimental group were fed with 10%SP, while the rats in control group with a normal diet. There was highly significant difference of β-radioactivity between the two groups on the 9th and 16th day (P< 0.01). On the 47th day, rats were decapitated and thyroids extracted for γ-radioactive count, and the highly significant difference between the two groups presented(P<0.01). Conclusion:The results show that SP can dramatically accelerate the elimination of 131I deposited in the thyroid of the rat.
