电针“梁门”穴治疗大鼠实验性胃溃疡的机理探讨

摘　　要：本文探讨了电针“梁门”穴治疗大鼠实验性胃溃疡的机制。结果表明：电针能抑制胶元纤维的过度增生而利于溃疡的愈合；改变了病理状态下胃粘膜 ＰＧ含量，从而起到对胃粘膜的保护作用；升高胃组织的ＳＯＤ含量以阻止胃粘膜组织的进一步损伤和促进损伤的胃粘膜修复；使红细胞Ｃ_３ｂ受体花环率增高，以增强免疫功能，从而提高机体的防病抗病能力。The mechanism of electroacupuncture treatment for experimental gastric ulcer was studied. Results indicated that: (1) Although the content of hydroxyproline(Hyp) of ulcer group and ulcer plus electroacupuncture group was increased, especially in the former as compared with the normal group, there was no difference(P >0. 05 )between them. (2 ) Electroacupuncture could make the content of 6 - keto-PGF1a increase and thromboxane(TXB_2 ) decrease in the pathological condition of gastric mucosa, there were statistical significances compared with the normal and ulcer control groups (P < 0. 01 ). (3)The content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) of electroacupuncture group was significantly higher than that of the normal group, although it was higher than the ulcer control group, there was no statistical significance. (4)The rate of erythrocyte- antibody-complement rosette (EAC rosette ) of electroacupuncture group was higher than that in the normal group(p< 0. 01 ), no difference from the ul- cer control group(P >0. 05). These results indicate the affirmative curative effect of electroacupuncture on gastric ulcer is done through many ways. The research provided experimental basis for the treatment of ulcer by electroacupuncture.
