摘　　要：文章针对当前高校大学生人口与计划生育管理工作所面临的新挑战、新问题,提出学校要以素质教育理念推动管理思路的转变,积极探索构建与教育紧密结合,其中包含人本教育体系和人本管理体系的人本管理新机制,以大幅提高高校学生计生工作的管理水平,更好实现"管理育人"的预期目标。In regard with the new challenges and new problems that the universities face nowadays in birth control work among college students, this paper suggests that the school be guided by the idea of quality-oriented education and try hard to develop a new mechanism in management that is people-oriented so as to improve the birth control work among the students.
