摘　　要：目的编制大学生艾滋病防治知识调查问卷,为研究大学生艾滋病防治知识及影响因素提供工具。方法根据大学生的特点,结合国外艾滋病防治知识调查经验,编制了大学生艾滋病(AIDS)知识调查问卷,用该问卷调查大学生以检验其信度与效度。结果两次重复测验的相关系数为0.62～0.89,Cronbach’sα=0.82。通过主成因子分析提取4个公因子,解释方差总变异的63.27%,因子载荷在0.44～0.75之间。结论艾滋病防治知识调查问卷有较好的信度和效度,可用于大学生艾滋病防治知识的调查。Objective To make AIDS Knowledge Questionnaire for Undergraduate, in order to provide tool for researching AIDS prevention Knowledge and effect factor of undergraduate. Methods According to the characteristics of students, combined with knowledge and experience of overseas, we make the AIDS Knowledge Questionnaire for Undergraduate. Some undergraduates are questioned to evaluate the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Results The correlation between two repeat test is 0.62- 0.89, and Cronbach＇ s α = 0.82. Principal component factor analysis results in 4 components, accounting for 63.27 % of total variance with factor loading is between 0.44- 0.75. Conclusion The questionnaire has good reliability and validity and can be used in assessing the AIDS knowledge of undergraduates.
