摘　　要：随着高速铁路的快速发展,保障铁路运输安全的任务将更加艰巨。技防的技术发展迅猛,物防设施的标准在不断提高,但对危害铁路运输安全高危人群的控制却未与物防技防同步发展。加强对危害铁路运输安全高危人群的界定与分类,制定具有针对性和有效性的管控措施,是完善铁路治安防控体系建设的又一有效路径。With the rapid development of high-speed railway,it will be more and more difficult to secure the railway traffic safety.Although the technology of technical protection and physical protection is developing quickly,the control of high-risk groups endangering railway traffic safety has not developed the same well.It must be a good way of perfecting railway prevention and control system to study the classification of the high-risk groups and set out effective countermeasures.
