舵轮气吸式双入土器精密穴播施肥器的设计

摘　　要：针对精量播种的发展需求,设计开发了舵轮气吸式双入土器精密穴播施肥器。鉴于原有舵轮式穴播器机构的复杂性,应用新的鸭嘴开启机构,简单、有效地实现了入土成穴;进行了舵轮穴播技术与气吸排种原理的一体化研究和结构参数的设计,将气吸排种器内置于舵轮穴播器内,实现气吸排种和成穴点播技术的结合,并通过设计吸种孔的尺寸和大小,实现了一穴两粒精播玉米;借助双入土器结构和外槽轮式排肥器,一次性完成播种和施肥作业,实现了侧深施肥。To meet the needs of precision seeding,double-hole former helm-shaped pneumatic precision hill planter of seed and fertilizer was designed. Due to the complexity of the original helm -shaped hill planter,the application of the new open device was used in order to form the hole simply and effectively. The theory of helm hill planter and pneumatic seeder technique were studied,pneumatic seeder structure was put in the dibbler,realized the combination of pneumatic seeder and the hole former seeding. To provide two pieces of seeds for each hole former,the size and structure of suction disk was studied. The structure of double-hole former and outer fluted roller feed distributor was designed on one hill planter in order to realize seeding and the deep side of fertilization function.
