小型滚筒式谷物烘干机的研制

摘　　要：目前,国内谷物烘干机械已经基本上能够自给自足,但是由于市场上大部分都是种子加工成套设备,价格高,能耗大,还不能完全适应小型种子生产和经营部门的要求。因此,研制开发出一种实用性强、市场前景好的小型谷物烘干机械。该机采用滚筒式干燥机的结构、热风对流式的干燥方法以及间歇式谷物干燥的工作方式,其配用动力是1.5kW,220V的单相交流电动机,滚筒半径为0.5m,转速为30r/min,风机转速为560r/min,具有结构简单、使用方便和干燥速度快等优点。At present,the grain dryer can be basically already self-sufficient at home. But the most part is the complete sets seed-processing equipment,and its high price,heavy weight and high energy consumption can＇t meet the demand of the small-size seed producing and running department. Therefore,the thesis bases on the national conditions and we have exploited the small-size gain cleaner which has strong practicability and good market prospects. The machine uses the structure of drum-type dryer,the drying method is hot-air convection-type,and the intermittent drying of grain. This machine is drived by the 1. 5kW,220V single-phase alternating current motive,Roller radius：0. 5m,speed：30r / min,air blower rotational speed：560 r /min. It has the advantages of simple structure,easy to use,fast drying and so on.
