摘  要:为了提高控制系统的稳定性和智能控制性能,设计出基于CAN总线的自动光学检测通信系统。分析了自动光学检测通信系统的特点,以及在自动光学检测中的应用,利用多个XC164CS型微控制器实现整个系统的通信。描述了该系统的硬件组成结构和工作原理,给出了系统CAN总线接口以及CAN总线的软件设计。自动光学检测通信系统已成功应用于印刷电路板PCB自动光学检测仪中,实验结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,满足PCB自动光学检测仪控制系统的要求。In order to improve the stability and intelligent control performance of the control system, the automatic optical inspection(AOI) communication system based on CAN bus is designed. In this paper,the characteristics of AOI communica- tion systems and its application in automatic optical detection are analyzed. The overall system communication is used with multiple XC164CS micro-controller. The paper described the hardware components structure and working principle of the system, and gave the CAN bus interface and its software design.The automatic optical inspection communication system has been successfully applied to the printed circuit board PCB automatic optical inspection apparatus, the experimental results show that the system is stable and reliable to meet the PCB automatic optical detector control systems.
