摘  要:本文针对日本小松4D、6D等型柴油机的使用实践,系统分析了缸套的穴蚀现象。认为穴蚀的主要原因是,缸套的高频振动和冷却水的交变挤压应力使金属材料疲劳,侵蚀成孔洞,氧化电化学腐蚀、更加剧了穴蚀。文章提出了预防穴蚀的方法。Based on the application practice of Komatsu diesel engine model 4D and 6D the cavitation phenomenon in cylinder liner is analyzed systematically. It is considered that the cavitation on cylinder liner may be caused by fatigue of metal material subjected to alternative extrusion stress generated by cooling water under high frequency vibration of the liner and further aggravated by oxidation or electrochemical corrosion. In order to control cavitation, it is necessary to enhance the complehensive management of the engine. The paper also gives some opinions about the formation and prevention of cavitation.
