摘 要:为了提高温度测量的精度,简化硬件电路设计,提出了以32位ARM处理器LM3S101为核心,以热敏电阻为温度传感器的温度测量模块设计方案。该测温模块通过采用RC充放电方式实现热敏电阻阻值的获取,避免使用A/D转换器,简化了硬件电路;数据处理通过对热敏电阻测温曲线的分段线性化及加窗平滑滤波的方式实现,减小了处理误差,提高了测温数据处理的精度和可靠性。所设计的测温模块经实验测试,测温精度能够达到0.2℃,工作稳定,可应用于各种需要温度测量场合。In order to improve the accuracy of temperature measurement, simplify hardware design, this paper proposed a design scheme of temperature measurement unit, which used 32 bit ARM processor LM3S101 as the core processor, and the thermal resistor as temperature sensor. In the design, the acquisition of thermal resistor's resistance is obtained by RC charge and discharge circuit to avoid the use of AD device and simplify the circuit design. The process of the data is based on the sectional linear and low-pass filter to reduce calculation errors and increase temperature measurement precision and stability. The experimental test shows that the temperature measurement unit works reliability and has achieved 0.2℃ measurement accuracy. It can be used in various occasions where temperature measurement is needed.
