摘　　要：介绍了莱钢棒材厂利用无槽轧制与多线切分组合技术,同时运用控轧控冷技术,实现精轧机组之前所有道次的孔型、料形完全共用,降低合金元素加入量,降低生产成本,提高生产效率,达到减量化清洁生产的实践经验。The Bar Plant of Laiwu Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.has the pass and shear type of every path that before the finishing mill group put to effect with the tecnics of passless rolling and multi-segment,also using the theory of rolling and cooling control.Reducing the contents of alloy elements will lower the cost of production raise the productivity effect and reach the purpose of product reduced and cleanly.
