摘  要:以铝为牺牲阳极,不锈钢为阴极,在恒电流操作模式下,针对活性黑KN-B模拟废水,考察了电流密度、初始pH值、电解质种类及浓度、温度、染料浓度因素对染料脱色效率及能耗的影响。结果表明:电流密度、电解液初始pH值、氯化钠电解质浓度、温度、染料浓度对染料溶液脱色效率及能耗影响显著;其电流密度和废水的初始pH可以作为能耗控制的主要工艺参数。To further clarify the power consumption problem of decolorization of reactive dye in the electrochemical system,influencial factors on decolorization of colour index(CI) reactive black KNB simulated wastewater and power consumption were researched under galvanostatic model and using Al as sacrificial anode and stainless steel as cathode.The factors included current density,initial pH,sorts and concentration of electrolyte,temperature and concentration of the dye.The experimental results show that the decolorization of the dye and power consumption were strongly affected by current density,initial pH of the electrolyte,temperature and concentration of NaCl,and concentration of the dye;that the current density and initial pH were the main technological parameters in the energy consumption control.
