摘　　要：当前,金融危机席卷全球,这给我国的就业市场带来了巨大的压力。本文主要论述在新的形势下,高校学生应摆正心态,更新旧有的就业观念,树立起积极主动的就业观。Presently,the financial crisis influences the entire world,which has brought the huge pressure for our country＇s employment market.This article points out that in the new situation the university students should have a good state of mentality,renew the old employment concept,and set up the positive and initiative employment view.
