摘　　要：虚拟企业内有效的知识共享是虚拟企业成功运作的关键。从虚拟企业知识共享的特点以及影响企业内知识共享的主要因素进行分析,提出了虚拟企业知识共享机制构建的主要措施。Effective internal knowledge share is key to the success of virtual enterprise. The characteristics of virtual enterprise knowledge share, together with the main factors that may affect it are all analyzed. Based on these analyses, the main measures for the construction of virtual enterprise knowledge share mechanism are presented.
