赛肤润防治静脉滴注胺碘酮所致静脉炎的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察赛肤润局部应用治疗胺碘酮所致静脉炎的疗效。方法将44例静脉滴注胺碘酮所致静脉炎的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用赛肤润涂抹于静脉炎处,对照组采用50%硫酸镁湿敷静脉炎处。结果实验组和对照组经治疗第12 h痊愈率分别为50.0%、36.4%;第48 h痊愈率分别为81.8%、50.0%;第72 h痊愈率分别为100.0%、90.9%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用赛肤润外用治疗胺碘酮所致静脉炎的疗效明显优于50%硫酸镁湿敷,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate effect of Sanyrene in treatment of phlebitis caused by amiodarone.Methods 44 patients with phlebitis caused by infusion of amiodarone were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,which were then applied externally with Sanyrene and 50% magnesium sulfate respectively.Results Total recovery rate of experiment and contort group were 50.0% and 36.4%,respactively and recovery rate of the 48th hour were81.8% and 50.0%,while that of the 72th hour were 100.0% and 90.9%.Conclusion The rapeatic effect of external application of Sanyrene in phlebitis caused by amiodarone is significantly better than hydropathic compress of 50% magnesium sulfate.
