变色液体培养基用于结核分枝杆菌快速培养的研究

摘　　要：目的评价变色液体培养基在结核病早期诊断中的应用。方法通过选择确诊的肺结核200例,同时用4种方法检验结核分枝杆菌,比较方法的特点和优劣。结果快速液体变色培养法与涂片法相比阳性率高并且有显著性差异,高于L-J培养法,低于BACT/ALERT法,但与两者比较均无显著性差异。结论快速液体变色培养法用于结核杆菌培养具有快速廉价、结果可靠、操作简单等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate the application of allochroic liquid culture medium for fast culture of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Methods Four different methods were used to detect mycobacterium tube-rculosis among 200 patients and compared the advantages and disadvantages among them.Results The method had higher positive rate than the smear,and has significant difference.It has higher positive rate than the L-J culture,lower than BACT/ALERT,but has no significant difference between those two methods respectively.Conclusion The culture medium can rapidly culture M.B with cheap price and simple operation.
