摘  要:目的探讨川崎病(KD)患儿血钾、血钠水平在治疗前后的变化及对冠状动脉病变的影响。方法采用美国产Beckman Coulter Synchron DXC800全自动生化分析仪测定82例川崎病患儿治疗前后血钾和血钠水平,设50例健康儿童为对照,川崎病患儿在治疗前做超声心动图检查。结果治疗前,川崎病患儿血钾、血钠均降低,与正常儿童相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),CAL组低血钾和低血钠的发生率较NCAL组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后与治疗前相比,NCAL组血钾、血钠水平明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),CAL组血钠已升高(P<0.01),而血钾在治疗前后变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论川崎病患儿在急性期、尤其有冠状动脉损伤时可出现血钾、血钠水平降低;低血钾、低血钠可能增加或加重冠状动脉的损伤,应早期进行干预。Objective To study the changes of serum potassium and sodium before and after treatment and its effects to coronary in children with Kawasaki disease(KD).Methods Serum potassium and sodium of 82 children with Kawasaki disease were detected with automatic biochemical analyzer of Beckman Coulter Synchron DXC800 before and after treatment.40 healthy were controls.The children with Kawasaki disease were measured ultrasonic cardiogram before treatment.Results The levels of Serum potassium and sodium in KD before treatment were significantly lower than the controls(P0.01).Moreover,The rate of hypokalemic and hyponatremia in KD with CAL was higher than NCAL(P0.05),Compared with before treatment,the level of serum potassium and serum sodium in the NCAL group had risen evidently after treatment(P0.01).In the CAL group,the level of serum sodium had risen(P0.01),but the level of Serum potassium was n't obvious change after treatment(P0.05).Conclusion The levels of serum potassium and sodium in acute stage of KD is lower,especially in KD with CAL.Hypokalemic and hyponatremia may be increase or sharpen coronary artery losses.The early intervention is necessary for the children with Kawasaki disease.
