加替沙星治疗淋病合并沙眼衣原体解脲支原体感染的安全性及可行性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨加替沙星治疗淋病合并沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体感染的安全性及可行性。方法将我院收治的76例淋病合并沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体感染患者随机均分为两组,观察组38例患者采用加替沙星治疗,对照组38例患者采用阿奇霉素治疗,比较分析两组的临床效果。结果观察组和对照组的总有效率分别为97.4%、94.7%,淋球菌清除率分别为100.0%、97.4%,沙眼衣原体清除率分别为86.7%、85.7%,解脲支原体清除率分别为95.5%、91.3%,两组间以上各指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组和对照组的不良反应发生率分别为2.6%、21.1%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加替沙星治疗淋病合并沙眼衣原体、解脲支原体感染疗效满意,且安全性好,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of treatment of gonorrhoea with clindamycin phosphate combined trachoma.Method 76 cases with gonorrhea and Chlamydia trachomatis and Mycoplasma infected patients were randomly divided into two groups.38 patients were treated with gatifloxacin treatment.38 patients were treated with azithromycin.Results The total effective rates of observation group and control group were 97.4% and 94.7%,respectively.Neisseria gonorrhoeae clearance rates were 100.0% and 97.4%.Chlamydia trachomatis clearance rates were 86.7% and 85.7%.UU clearance rates were 95.5% and 91.3%.Conclusion It is effective to treat gonorrhea and Chlamydia trachomatis,Ureaplasma urealyticum infection with gatifloxacin.
