刍议两大“问题”与时代“主题”

摘　　要：20世纪70年代中后期,邓小平根据国际形势的变化,提出和平与发展两大问题的思想。两大问题的言说方式不同于"战争与革命的时代"的言说方式,即没有把当今时代视为"和平与发展的时代";另外,当今世界资本主义仍占主导地位,但邓小平不再以意识形态的不同限制自己的思维,而是根据国际形势的新变化对战争的可能性进行判断。从新的世界大战可以延缓到可以避免,邓小平的思维范式与理论进路已经不同于毛泽东。In the middle and late 1970s,based on the changes of international situation,Deng Xiaoping raised two issues of peace and development.The statement way of ＂two major problems＂ is different from that of ＂the era of war and revolution＂,that is,peace and development are two problems,not a statement of era.In addition,though the world today is still dominated by capitalism,Deng Xiaoping didn＇t restrict his thinking by ideology.He determined the possibility of war according to the new changes of international situation.From the perspective,that the new world war can be delayed or avoided,the thinking paradigm of Deng Xiaoping and his theory approach had been different from that of Mao Zedong.
