摘  要:采用苗期单一接种法和复合接种法对17份黄瓜高代自交系材料进行枯萎病、白粉病、褐斑病和黑星病多抗抗源鉴定、筛选。通过对单一接种法和复合接种法调查结果进行相关性分析,发现2种方法之间有着显著的正相关(ra=0.995336,rb=0.995109,rc=0.989269,rd=0.987827),充分说明复合接种法是可行的,可以用于黄瓜种质资源对上述4种病害的多抗性筛选。在复合接种条件下,5份自交系高抗枯萎病,9份高抗白粉病,3份高抗褐斑病,1份高抗黑星病。其中Q6对4种病害均具有较好的多抗性,病情指数达到高度抗病级;XL6-1-2、66和A18-2-1可兼抗枯萎病、白粉病和褐斑病,与田间抗病性表现一致。Inoculated 4 pathogens to 17 cucumber accessions with single inoculation and multi-inoculation methods at cotyledon stage,the first true leaf stage,the second true leaf stage and the third true leaf stage.Correlations analysis showed that the results of two inoculation methods were highly correlated.This confirmed that cucumber seedlings can be inoculated with multiple pathogens for multi-resistance screening.In our test Q6 was highly resistant to all 4 diseases,XL6-1-2,66 and A18-2-1 were resistant to Fusarium wilt,powdery mildew and target leaf spot.These testing results are consistent with field performance.
