广东民办高等教育“十二五”战略发展若干问题的思考

摘　　要：战略思考是长远性、全局性、前瞻性的思考。广东民办高等教育对于广东省作为中国改革开放前沿区域提前实现“十一五”经济、社会发展战略目标发挥了战略性支持作用，同时实现了广东民办高等教育自身规模、结构、质量、效益的全面发展。由于发展中存在着办学条件改善落后于办学规模的增长、管理队伍不能适应民办高等教育的快速发展要求、国际化办学水平较低、整体实力和核心竞争力不强等制约战略发展的一系列问题，因此需要前瞻性规划，预见上述问题及其可能带来的风险。科学制定“十二五”战略发展规划，是对广东民办高等教育和广东经济、社会持续发展，实现“十二五”新的战略发展目标的支持和保障。This paper focus on the developing private higher education in Guangdong province with a Strategic view. Private higher education in Guangdong province recently play a strategic role in this field and be involved as an important part of ＂Eleventh five-year＂ Plan. But it＇s also important to understand that some problems affect its own growth development, except the competitions, lower internationalized and scarce of enough input etc. The fast developing economies need more and more skilled talents which the universities could not meet. We have to face and solve these problems on the strategic highland.
