摘　　要：本文在需求分析的基础上,根据数据库设计原则设计了编辑部在线投稿系统.该系统利用ADO.NET数据库连接技术和三层架构的原理,设计了包括作者投稿、编辑审稿、专家审稿、管理员维护四大模块.该系统实现了在线投稿、在线查阅稿件状态、在线审稿等功能,在高校编辑部中具有很好的推广前景.Based on the analysis of need and the principles of database design,the editorial department online management system is designed.The system makes use of ADO.NET database connection technology and the principle of three-tier architecture and design,including authors＇ contribution of papers,editors＇ review,experts＇ review,administrators＇ maintenance.The practice proves that this system can realize the online management,online access to papers status,online reviewing and other functions and it is useful in the similar editorial departments.
