摘　　要：城乡信息资源的不均衡,导致城乡经济和文化发展存在很大差距.明确了乡镇图书馆的功能,分析了乡镇图书馆的现状和面临的问题,提出了在统筹城乡背景下乡镇图书馆的发展策略,并对其可持续发展提出了思考和建议.The information resources of urban and rural areas are unbalanced.There is a big gap in the economic and cultural development between urban and rural areas.This paper defines the function of rural libraries,analyzes the status and problems presented of rural libraries,puts forward the development strategies of rural libraries to balance urban and rural development,and gives thinking and recommendations on its sustainable development.
