摘　　要：目的:探讨LPHP治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法:通过临床收集肱骨近端骨折23例,采用LPHP治疗,术后早期主动肩关节活动功能锻炼,观察治疗效果。结果:23例患者骨折全部愈合,未出现肱骨头缺血性坏死等并发症,最终随访肩关节功能明显改善,总优良率达82.6%。结论:采用LPHP治疗肱骨近端骨折并发症少、骨折愈合率高、功能恢复良好,疗效明显。Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of LPHP（Locking Proximal Humerus Plate）for Proximal humeral fractures.Methods：23 patients with complex proximal humeral fractures were given operation with method of LPHP.All patients had an early initiative functional exercise of shoulder joints after operation,the efficacy was observed according to the score of Neer.Results：Fractures in 23 patients all healed,and no complications likes avascular necrosis of humeru head occurred,function of shoulder joints were improved remarkably by ultimate follow-up and total effective power came to 82.6%.Conclusion ：Adopting the treatment of LPHP for proximal humeral fracture could get a quite obvious efficacy of less complications,a higher rate in healing of fractures and nice effect in function recovery.
