摘　　要：目的:探讨甲型H1N1流性行感冒(流感)患者T细胞亚群的变化特点。方法:采用美国BD公司生产Fascalibur流式细胞仪检测重症甲型H1N1流感患者外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞并与轻症患者对照进行比较。结果:重症甲型H1N1流感患者外周血CD4+、CD4+/CD8+比值下降,与轻症比较,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05,染的防治。Objective：Researching into the variability of To cues subsets in influenza A H1N1 patients.Methods：Checking the numbers of peripheral blood CD3^＋,CD4^＋,CD8^＋T cells in severe patients using Fascabibur flow cytometer made in American.Comparing with mildpatient.Result： The numbers of the total CD4^＋T cell and the rate of CD4^＋ to CD8^＋ T cells in severe influenza A H1N1 patients decrease.Comparing infection.Clinical work should be early antiviral and strengthen the prevention of infection.
