B超引导在肾脏疾病中诊断及治疗的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨B超引导在肾脏疾病中诊断及治疗的临床应用。方法:在B超引导下对43例临床拟诊为肾脏弥漫性病变患者进行肾自动穿刺活检,52例直径大于5.0cm的孤立性肾囊肿行无水酒精硬化治疗,17例肾脓肿行穿刺、注药、置管引流。结果:B超引导下穿刺活检成功率100%,孤立性肾囊肿治疗有效率98%,肾脓肿治愈率100%。结论:B超引导在肾脏疾病的诊断及治疗中具有方法简便易行、定位准确可靠、损伤轻、痛苦小,易于随访观察和反复进行,对临床具有重要的应用价值。Objective：To explore the clinic application of ultrasound-guided in the diagnosis and treatment of renal disease.Methods：Forty-three clinic patients with diffused renal disease pre-diagnosed in the clinic diagnosis were examined through renal puncturing biopsy test,fifty-two clinic patients with simple renal cyst,diameter〉5.0cm,were treated through pure-alcoholic treatment,and seventeen clinic patients with renal abscess were treated through puncturing,medication and catheter drainage.Results：Puncturing test researches 100%,the treatment of simple renal cyst is 98%,the effective rate of curing renal abscess almost 100%.Conclusion：The application of ultrasound-guided in the clinic diagnosis and treatment of renal disease can be practiced simply and easily,causing less damage without pain,easy observation and practice over times,showing a valuable clinical application in the clinical practice.
