从“脾病则泄泻”治疗腹泻临床体会

摘　　要：泄泻是临床常见的消化疾病,其基本病机是"脾病湿盛"。文章选取临床治疗泄泻的几个典型案例,从文献角度讨论了泄泻的主要病理为"湿邪困脾",以致"脾病则泄泻",并总结了其治疗大法均不离健脾化湿,对临床治疗仍具有一定指导意义。Diarrhea is of a commonly encountered digestive disease in clinic;its basic pathogenesis is excessive dampness due to spleen disease.Selecting several typical cases in treating diarrhea,the author discovered that the main pathology of diarrhea is damp pathogen obstructing the spleen and made a conclusion that treating diarrhea must combine spleen-invigorating with dampness-resolving through abundance literature research,which can significantly guide the clinical treatment for diarrhea.
