芍药甘草汤影响梗阻输尿管基础压力的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察实验家兔正常、梗阻给药后各时期的输尿管内基础压力的变化,来探讨芍药甘草汤对输尿管平滑肌的解痉作用。方法:采用周水生等结扎家兔单侧输尿管的方法复制输尿管急性梗阻的动物模型,分别记录各时间点的输尿管内基础压力变化。结果:结扎给药后各时间点与结扎给药前比较:输尿管内基础压力均显著升高(P<0.01);与绞痛模型组比较:芍药甘草汤大、中剂量组、阿托品阳性对照组输尿管内基础压力显著降低,并且差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05);芍药甘草汤大、中剂量组与阿托品阳性对照组比较:芍药甘草汤大剂量组输尿管内基础压力值较阿托品阳性对照组略低,但二者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:芍药甘草汤能明显降低梗阻输尿管内基础压力,对输尿管平滑肌痉挛具有解痉作用。而此作用与芍药甘草汤剂量有一定依赖性,大剂量芍药甘草汤作用最强,小剂量芍药甘草汤则无明显作用。Objective：To investigate the spasmolysis effect of peony and licorice decoction on the ureteral smooth muscle of experimental rabbits.Methods：40 rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups（colic model group,high-dose group,mid-dose group,mid-dose group and positive control group）.We replicated the animal models of the acute ureteral obstruction and compared the basis pressure in the ureter at different times of each group.Results：①The basal pressure in the ureter of high-dose group,mid-dose group and positive control group were reduced obviously and had significant difference compared with the colic model group（P〈0.05）.②The basal pressure in the high-dose group had no significant difference compared with the colic model group（P〉0.05）.③The basal pressure in the high-dose group was lower than in the mid-dose group obviously（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Peony and licorice decoction can significantly reduce the basal pressure in the ureter and have spasmolysis effect on ureteral smooth muscle.The effect is related to the dosage.
