彩色多普勒血流显像在腹主动脉瘤手术前后的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒血流显像（ＣＤＦＩ）在腹主动脉瘤（ＡＡＡ）手术前后的应用价值。方法对２４例ＡＡＡ术前进行了ＣＤＦＩ检查，８例术后进行了随访。结果超声测量瘤体大小与ＣＴ相近。２４例手术示ＡＡＡ位于肾动脉以下水平，其中超声术前评价正确２１例（８７．５％）；３例未能明确瘤体与肾动脉的关系。５例伴有髂动脉瘤，其中４例正确诊断，１例漏诊。１例ＡＡＡ切除ＰＴＦＥ移植物术后腹膜后大量渗血。结论ＣＤＦＩ是ＡＡＡ术前评价和术后随访的有价值的方法。Objective\ To asess the value of color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) in the examination of abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) before and after operation. Methods\ 24 patients were examined preoperatively and 8 patients postoperatively by CDFI.Results\ The size of aneurysm meaured by CDFI was similar to that by computed tomography. By CDFI, in 24 cases of AAA situated below renal artories shown at operation, 21 (87.5%) were correctly located and the relation between AAA and renal arteries was not well defined in the remaining 3 cases. 4 out of 5 AAA accompanied by iliac artery aneurysms were accurately diagnosed.One case had extraperitoneal hemotoma.Conclusions\ CDFI is a noninvasive and valuable method for AAA preoperative assessment and postoperative follow up.
