摘　　要：中国现代大学制度的选择,经历了一个曲折的过程。德国大学制度代表着现代大学制度的形成,而美国大学制度则是发展并完善了现代大学制度。中国大学制度的选择要结合自己的国情,正视本国的教育状况,从而选择出一种适合本国大学存在与发展的制度。The choice of Chinese universities＇system experienced a devious process.Whether learning German or America become in a delima.but the system of American universities develops and perfects the modern univerisities＇ system.Chinese univerisities＇system should combine the national condition,envisage the educational condition,and choose a good system for existing and developing.
