基于云重心评判法的军交运输训练水平评估研究

摘　　要：军交运输训练水平指标体系中,既有精确数值型表示的,又有用语言值描述的,给评估指标的数据处理带来了一定的困难。云重心评判法能较好地处理该类既有定性指标,又有定量指标的综合评价问题。构建了军交运输训练水平评估指标体系,详细介绍了运用云重心评判法来实现军交运输训练水平评估的具体步骤,并结合训练管理与保障指标体系实例,验证了该方法的有效性。The index system of military transportation training level has both accurate number value and language value which is difficulty for data processing of evaluation index. The membership cloud gravity center can cope with this problem accurately,which includes qualitative index and quantitative index. This paper built the evaluation index system of military transportation training,and introduced the processing steps of realizing military transportation training based on membership cloud gravity center in detail,combined an actual example of training management and support index system,and verified its validity.
