摘  要:莱钢在原2台265 m2烧结机三电一体自动控制的基础上,通过数据处理及误差矫正技术、下料流量恒定控制策略、混合料水分自动控制、烧结透气率的检测及判断等,对基础自动化进行了完善优化,同时,在过程控制中,将图像判断烧结终点与在线模糊控制烧结终点有机结合,形成了烧结终点的过程控制模型,终点控制精确度高,预报性强。系统优化后,每吨烧结矿可节省固体燃料消耗1 kg以上,烧结机利用系数提高10%左右。Based on EIC integration automation control for two 265 m^2 sinter machines, Laiwu Steel perfected and optimized the basic automation by data processing and error correction technology, the control strategy of constant discharge rate, the mix moisture automatic control and the check and judgment of sinter bed permeability and so on. At the same time, in process control, they combined judging the burn-through point by image with by fuzzy control online, forming the process control model of sinter burn-through. Then the control accuracy of the end was high and the predictability was good. After the system optimization, the solid fuel consumption was saved by 1 kg every ton sinter and the utilization coefficient was increased by 10%.
