有底柱分段崩落采矿法在焦家金矿的研究与应用

摘　　要：望儿山金矿Ⅰ#主矿体南翼局部矿体矿岩不稳固,局部含水,矿石性质为含金绢英岩化碎裂岩,为了保证回采安全系数,提高落矿效率,经过经济技术指标对比,采用有底柱分段崩落采矿法试验回采获得显著成效。相对原有的上向水平分层垂直分条采矿法,在确保施工安全的基础上,千吨采切比下降36.14%,支护量下降95%,综合采矿能力大幅提高,取得的经验和成果可为类似矿山所借鉴。The ore rock of no.I main orebody of wangershan gold mine is not strong,partly containing water.The ore nature is gold-bearing phyllic fragments,in order to ensure recovery factor of safety and improve efficiency of down-mine,through comparison of economic and technological indicators,we obtain remarkable results using a pil-lar sub-level caving mining method recovery.Relative to the original layer vertical section mining method,based on ensure construction safety,tonnes of cut mining fell 36.14%,support capacity decline 95%,integrated mining capa-bilities greatly increase,the experience and results are worth reference for similar conditions mine.
