摘　　要：为了应对长期以来一直存在的窃电问题,详细分析了针对电能计量装置的几种常见的窃电方式;同时结合工作实际,探讨并提出了在进行电能计量装置改造过程中,针对不同用户的各种防窃电技术措施;详细介绍了每种措施的设计和操作方法,分析并指出了其优点和不足之处.Aiming at the problems of stealing electricity for a long time, the paper analyzes a few common measures of stealing electricity with energy metering devices. Combined with work facts, measures against electricity stealing for different users are proposed, the design and operation method are introduced in detail, the advantages and disadvantages are oointed out.
