我国农民合作社的组织运行模式探讨——以河北省元氏县农林牧联合会为例

摘　　要：对河北省元氏县农林牧联合会的组织结构、组织管理方式、组织参与主体的行为、组织运行模式的演变历程、存在的问题以及未来的发展方向等进行了分析和总结。由于组织内部阶层的分化,它大体上经历了一个由农民自助合作到龙头企业带动型的组织发展模式的演变过程。在这一演变过程中,少数核心领导层掌握了组织资源的控制权和分配权,但为了获得稳定的原料来源和国家各项优惠政策,联合会仍会考虑通过签订收购合同、为订单会员提供科技服务等方式加强与普通会员之间的联系。The organizational structure, organizational management style, behavior of participative subjects, evolvement process of operational model, problems and development of agroforestry ＆ stockbreeding union in Yuanshi county were analyzed and summarized in this paper. Due to the differentiation inside the organization, it hgs undergone a process from self-service cooperative to leading enterprise driving model. During this process, the minority core leaders have handled the control and distribution power of organization resources, but in order to secure a stable source of raw materials and national preferential policies, they still should consider to reinforce the links with ordinary members by signing acquisition contracts and offering technology services.
