摘  要:在疫苗生产实践中,细菌污染是影响疫苗质量和产量的关键性因素,笔者通过了两年左右的时间,选取正常生产中零星细菌污染的细胞培养瓶、病毒培养瓶及收毒污染样品等共703份,进行细菌学检查,并对造成污染的主要细菌种类进行了各种抗菌药物的耐药性实验,结果表明:①我所脊灰疫苗生产中主要的污染威胁来自环境中的葡萄球菌,潜在威胁是杆菌和链球菌;②强力霉素、林可霉素、配方2、噻孢霉素钠盐、庆大霉素、新霉素、金霉素和红霉素等抗生素对目前引起污染优势细菌-葡萄球菌有明显的抑菌效果。It is an important that bacteria contaminated v accine in the biologi cals production.We collected 703 samples of cell culture, virus cultivation and harvest which were contaminated by bacteria during poliovaccine production with in two years.We checked these samples by bacteriological method and antibiotics sensitivity tests were done.It shows that 1)the main contaminated bacteria com e from staphylococci,bacilli and streptococci of environment in the poliovaccin e production.2)It is effect that antibiotics to contaminated bacteria are doxy cycline,albiotic,prescription 2,cefotaxime Na salt,gentamycin,neomycin,au reomycin and erythromycin.
