关于煤炭地质遥感技术创新的思考

摘　　要：通过回顾煤炭地质遥感应用历程,认为煤炭地质遥感正处于向全面商业化、市场化发展转型的新阶段。根据国家产业政策走向及煤炭地质遥感研究的新需求,指出煤炭地质遥感应用研究应在7个方面取得突破。在煤炭地质遥感科技创新方面,提出必须进一步加强基础地质研究,拓展服务领域,增强煤炭遥感综合服务能力,从而确保煤炭遥感技术的可持续发展。针对当前煤炭遥感的实际情况,提出了建立和完善煤炭地质遥感技术创新保障机制的新思路。Through coal geological remote sensing application course retrospection,considered that the coal geological remote sensing is just in a new transformation stage toward overall commercialization and general adoption of the market principle.According to state industrial policy trend and coal geological remote sensing research new requirements,pointed out the applied research should make breakthroughs in seven aspects.On technical innovation aspect,need to further strengthen fundamental geological studies,expand range of services,and strengthen comprehensive service ability,consequently ensuring coal geological remote sensing technical sustainable development.In allusion to present practical situation,put forward new thinking to establish and perfect coal geological remote sensing technical innovation new ensuring mechanism.
