摘 要:目的探讨妊娠妇女血清25-OH维生素D早期预测妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的价值。方法收集500例产检孕16~18周孕妇的血清。跟踪随访至孕中晚期,根据孕中晚期75g糖耐量结果确定GDM和糖耐量异常(IGT)。排除存在GDM高风险因素的孕妇后,分为GDM组和IGT组。再选取年龄、孕周相同的正常孕妇作为对照组,对三组血清25-OH维生素D浓度进行分析。结果 GDM的发生率为5.8%,IGT的发生率为5.6%。GDM组25-OH维生素D浓度明显高于IGT组和对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01);孕前体重指数(BMI)与血清25-OH维生素D浓度存在正相关。结论孕16~18周孕妇血清25-OH维生素D水平能够早期预测GDM的发生。Objective To investigate the relationship between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25-OH VitD) level and gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods The serum samples were collected in 500 pregnant women during 16-18 gestational weeks.The women were followed up from middle to late gestation stage.Based on oral glucose tolerance test,the patients were divided into three groups of GDM,abnormal glucose tolerance(IGT) and normal glucose tolerance(NGT).Results The incidence rates of group GDM and group IGT were 5.8% and 5.6%,respectively. Serum 25-OH VitD during 16-18 gestational weeks were significantly higher in group GDM than that in groups of IGT and NGT (P0.05 and P0.01).Serum 25-OH VitD level was positively correlated with pre-pregnancy BMI.Conclusion The maternal 25-OH VitD level druing 16-18 gestational weeks is valuable for early predicting GDM.
