摘　　要：目的评价切开复位内固定治疗成人肱骨远端复杂骨折的效果。方法采用切开复位内固定治疗成人肱骨远端复杂骨折32例。AO分型:C1型8例,C2型19例,C3型5例。结果术后平均随访12个月。改良Broberg-Morrey评分:优9例,良15例,中4例,差4例。骨折愈合时间平均10周。结论切开复位内固定治疗成人肱骨远端复杂骨折能达到良好的临床效果。Objective To evaluate the results of surgical treatment of complicated distal humeral fractures in adults.Methods Thirty-two patients with complicated distal humeral fractures were treated with open reduction and interal fixation.AO classifications were type C1 in 8 cases,type C2 in 19 cases and type C3 in 5 cases. Results The patients were followed up for 12 months in average.According to the modified Broberg-Morrey scoring,9 cases were excellent,15 good,4 fair and 4 poor.The mean time of bone union was 10 weeks.Conclusion Treatment of complicated distal humeral fractures with open reduction and interal fixation in adults can get good clinical results.
