逍遥散治疗脑卒中后抑郁疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的利用荟萃分析方法对逍遥散治疗脑卒中后抑郁(PSD)的临床试验进行分析,评价其治疗效果。方法检索1994-2010年国内公开发表的有关逍遥散治疗PSD的临床随机对照试验文献,应用Jadad评分法进行质量评价,并用RevMan5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共有8项研究符合纳入标准。与阳性对照组比较,逍遥散治疗PSD的有效率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。逍遥散用药前后比较PSD患者Hamilton抑郁评分差异有统计学意义。与阳性对照组比较,逍遥散治疗PSD的HAMD评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单用逍遥散与逍遥散联合氟西汀治疗PSD患者的Hamilton抑郁评分差异无统计学意义。结论逍遥散治疗PSD临床效果肯定,与阳性对照组差异无统计学意义,但逍遥散与氟西汀合用无明显的药效学协同作用。Objective To conduct a Meta analysis on the clinical trials of Xiaoyaosan for post stroke depression （PSD） and evaluate its therapeutic efficacy. Methods The related reports concerning the clinical trials of Xiaoyaosan in treating PSD published domestically between 1994 and 2010 was retrieved, and Meta analysis was conducted on the selected reports by means of Review Manager 5.0. The quality of reports of randomized clinical trials were evaluated according to the method given by dadad. Results There were 8 reports matches our including standard. Compared with positive control, the efficiency of Xiaoyaosan in treatment of PSD had no significant variance （P〉0.05）. The variety of Hamilton scores of PSD patients between before and after using Xiaoyaosan had significant variance. Compared with positive controls, the Hamilton scores of PSD of Xiaoyaosan in treatment of PSD had no significant variance （P〉0.05）. The Hamilton scores of PSD patients had no significant variance between Xiaoyaosan and Xiaoyaosan associated with Fluoxetine. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Xiaoyaosan in treatment of PSD is affirmative, and have no significant variance compared with positive controls. But Xiaoyaosan associated with Fluoxetine have no significant synergism.
