摘 要:牛免疫缺陷病毒是反转录病毒科慢病毒属的重要成员,已在一些国家相继发现BIV的感染和蔓延。本文以重组BIV衣壳蛋白和包膜蛋白为抗原,通过免疫印迹技术发现,不仅我国进口奶牛及其后代存在一定比例的BIV感染(血清阳性率为2.32%),而且BIV已开始在我国北方牛群中传播(阳性率约3.8%)。上述结果已被聚合酶链式反应及其产物的狭缝杂交所证实,并与美国中部及南部地区BIV流行情况进行了比较。Bovine immunodeficiency virus(BIV) is a bovine lentivirus that infects animals worldwide. The BIV gag and env genes, as well as several sub_regions spanning the entire open reading frames coding these two proteins, were cloned and expressed as fusions to the TrpE protein in E. coli. These recombinant proteins could readily be expressed, but the expression levels of these piptides varied. To screen for naturally_infected cattle, the bacterial recombinant BIV gag and env proteins have been used as a source of antigens to detect anti_BIV antibodies by western blot analyses. Approximate 3.8% of sera from the northern counties of Hebei Province were BIV positive, while the seroprevalence of BIV was about 2.32% among imported cows and their progeny in North China. The 3%4% seropositive rate was similar to that reported in the southern and southwestern regions of the US, but it was lower than average frequencies in Louisiana, Mississippi or central USA states.
